Shipping & Delivery Policy (Digital Services)

TeeBee delivers all services digitally through the web application and (where applicable) email.

TeeBee Coins are credited to your in-product wallet immediately after Razorpay confirms a successful payment.

If your bank/Razorpay places a payment on hold, activation is delayed until that confirmation completes.

Subscription plans activate immediately after successful payment.

Invoices/receipts are delivered to your registered email and available in Settings → Billing.

Successful Razorpay payments — within 60 seconds (real-time webhook).

On-hold/disputed payments — pending Razorpay/bank confirmation, usually 1–3 working days.

If you completed a payment but coins/plan did not activate within 24 hours, email billing@teebee.ai with your transaction ID.
