Avoid uploading unnecessary student personal data. Anonymise answer sheets where possible (cover names, roll numbers, photos).

Do not upload sensitive student data without appropriate authority or parental consent under your institution's policy.

Institution administrators are responsible for ensuring teacher use complies with local data-protection law and school policy.

TeeBee processes uploaded materials only for the feature requested (OCR, grading, summarisation). We do not use student data to train external AI models.

Never publish identifiable student personal data on TeeBee public surfaces (lessons, marketplace, profile).

Delete student-related uploads from your library once their educational purpose is served.
